I've found my passion in Staging, Re-design, and Organization in my second career after dedicating over 40 years to Corporate America. My strong foundation in the corporate arena provided me with expertise in Project Management and Customer Service, including certifications in PM & Total Quality Management. These are the cornerstones of a successful business where the Customer and the Business model create a shared vision.

As the founder and Owner of d.a.m. Designs, I offer all three disciplines, which can be utilized together or tailored to your personalized needs. I've been a member in good standing of R.E.S.A. since 2021, continuously expanding my knowledge in this field.

Over the years, I've built a strong community of contractors and tradesmen in the local market, ready to assist with any repairs needed during the staging phase of a project. My experience spans from condos to waterfront estates. As CEO, I focus on tailoring each styling project to bring out the maximum appeal in my clients' homes. My meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to service are evident in all my projects.

My passion for interiors/exteriors and project management allows me to bring together the all-important administrative, fiduciary, and logistical elements to complete each project flawlessly. My innate love for colors, fashion, design, and undeniable organizational skills ultimately led me to this dynamic career.

On a more personal note, I take pride in the fact that while careers grow and reinvent themselves, I've never been a part-time parent. My joy and my heart lie with my family - my son and my two grandchildren.
